Notice board

Please look out for the information notices in your child's building in the entrance areas.

DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
for term dates click here

CLOTHING
Please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. We go outside in rain, snow and sun and children need to have weather proof and warm clothing for winter wear including wellies and sun hats and sun cream for warmer weather. Please ensure that all clothes/shoes are NAMED. If they get lost they will then find their way back to their owner.

SCHOOL FUND
School fund this term is £1.00 a week.
Please click here for details. All forms and cheques should be posted in the white post boxes in the entrance area of your child's building, clearly labelled “School Fund”. Thank you.

BREAKFAST AND TEA CLUBS
Please ensure all requirements for breakfast and/or tea clubs are booked and paid for in advance. Forms are available in each building and if you have any queries please see a member of staff. We must be aware of how many children are attending in order to fulfil catering and staffing requirements. If you have not booked in advance it is possible we may ask you to collect your child at 3.00pm. We will accept children in an emergency situation as long as this is approved by a member of staff.

CAR PARKING
NO CARS are allowed to enter or leave the car park between 8.30am and 3.30pm. This is for YOUR children's safety.

Authorised car users: Please STOP at the footpath between Meadowside and Waterside and check before you proceed.

PEDESTRIANS
The footpath is marked with a Zebra crossing.

Footpath users: Please STOP and check for cars before proceeding. Please enter nursery keeping inside the white line.

Please note it is your responsibility to inform anyone else dropping off or picking up your child of these arrangements.

PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY
Outside of school hours and main play areas children are the responsibility of parents and guardians. Please watch the children and keep them close to you, particularly in the car park.

Some unsavoury items have been found in the car park. Although staff will keep an eye open for more items, it would be helpful if you would also be vigilant.

SECURITY
Please ensure all doors to the three buildings are shut properly after you have used them and ensure only your children are with you when you enter or leave a building. If you are unsure ask other adults if a child is with them or return a child to a member of staff.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION.

Yours sincerely,

D.M. Heath
Head of Centre
