About Us

What is Waterside
Day Care Centre?
A purpose built Day Care Centre providing high quality care and education for children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years. The children are cared for in their own age appropriate rooms which are:

3mths - 15mths – Ladybirds
15mths - 2 ½ yrs – Butterflies
2 ½ yrs - 5yrs – Dragonflies

We strive to provide care and education that is a close to home as possible. Though each room has its own routine centred around its age group, we try when possible to have interaction between rooms to encourage a family group atmosphere.
Mission Statement
“From fun to success, meeting the needs of our community from birth through life”
Keeping You Informed
We keep you informed of what your child has been up to! A daily sheet is completed for every child to let parents know how their child has been during the day. The sheet includes information on how much food they have eaten, their how long they have slept and the activities they have been involved in.
Mealtimes in Waterside
Our resident cook prepares all food on site from fresh ingredients in our purpose built kitchen. Our menus rotate on a four week basis. Our aim is to provide your child with fresh, ‘home cooked’ meals. We provide a vegetarian alternative for every meal and make the necessary arrangements for other dietary requirements.
Inclusive of fees
Please call to find out about our competitive rates. To make
life easier for working parents we provide nappies, wipes and
milk as part of the service. We only use quality brands: Huggies/Pampers nappies and Johnson’s wipes. S.M.A and
Cow and Gate formula milk.
